There's lots of information about IBS on the Internet, but low FODMAP diet is a fairly new way to manage the irritable bowel syndrome. Regardless to its novelty the results are encouraging and most of the patients get better (as the dietitian said).
Based on my husband's results and the experience of his dietitian in low FODMAP diet, I think it would be great if more people knew about this treatment. That was the reason why I've created this website. I have also published a "Low FODMAP Recipes" e-book with many healthy and delicious recipes. I hope it will help many of you who live with irritable bowel syndrome.
